SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY



FOR THE BUYERS

a)     SHIPPING

Most of the orders placed through us are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. You will be updated the shipping details through SMS on the mobile number and e-mail on the email i.d provided with us. The shipping charges for orders will vary in accordance with the product purchased and the delivery location and the same will be specified on the platform at the time of placing the order.

 

b)     PAYMENT

Payment is required to be made at the time of placing the order. We accept convenient modes of payment such as, net banking, UPI, MasterCard, and Visa. However, we do not accept cash on delivery as a mode of payment for your orders.

 

c)      DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT- ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY AND MODE OF DELIVERY

The estimated time of delivery is within 3-7 working days depending on the schedule and availability of our logistics partners. We try to process all deliveries through our trusted delivery partners. In some cases where the pin code/zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

 

d)     ONLINE TRACKING

All products on the Platform are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We will email you the tracking number and send a message on the contact number you have provided us with after we dispatch your order. You can also see the live tracking status of your order in your order history panel in your account when you log into your account on the Platform.
